Conditions

1. SCOPE
The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) apply to all orders placed and contracts concluded (hereinafter referred to as “order”) via the “AMIGAS” website (hereinafter referred to as “AMIGAS”).

«AMIGAS» reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions. The version of the General Terms and Conditions valid at the time of the order is decisive and cannot be changed unilaterally for this order.

2. OFFER AND SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS
The offer is aimed at natural customers residing in Switzerland.
Deliveries are only made to addresses in the countries mentioned.
The offer is valid as long as it is visible on the website and/or stocks last. Price and product range changes are possible at any time. The images shown on the website and Instagram as well as all information about the sandals are for illustration purposes and are non-binding.

3. ORDERING PROCESS AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The customer can select sandals from the range without obligation and order them via the web shop. By clicking the (Buy) button, the customer submits a binding request to purchase.

4. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS
Prices are in Swiss francs, including value added tax (VAT).
The price on the website at the time of ordering is decisive. Shipping within Switzerland, postage and packaging materials are included. If the goods are returned or lost, the shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. 

5. DELIVERY, AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
If the delivery of the goods fails due to the buyer's fault despite three delivery attempts, the seller can withdraw from the contract. 
If the ordered sandals are not available because «AMiGAS» is not supplied by its supplier through no fault of its own, « AMiGAS » may withdraw from the contract. In this case, « AMiGAS » will inform the customer immediately and, if necessary, propose the delivery of comparable sandals. If no comparable sandals are available or the If the customer does not wish to receive comparable sandals, « AMiGAS » will refund the customer for services already provided.

6. PAYMENT METHODS
Payment is made via Paypal or credit card. If you order a specific model via the form, you will receive a corresponding invoice.

7. RESERVATION OF TITLE
The sandals remain the property of «AMiGAS» until full payment has been made.

8. WARRANTY FOR MATERIAL DEFECTS
« AMiGAS » guarantees the quality and durability of the sandals under the following conditions:
The sandals must be treated properly and must not get wet. 
If you wear your sandals for several hours every day during the summer, it's best to buy a second pair and give them a day to dry.

9. DATA PROTECTION
« AMiGAS » processes the customer’s personal data for specific purposes and in accordance with legal provisions.

10. JURISDICTION, APPLICABLE LAW, CONTRACT LANGUAGE
Swiss law, place of jurisdiction and place of performance is the registered office of the seller. The contract language is German.
